1. Scope and Contracting Party

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales contracts concluded via our online shop with consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).

2. Contract Language and Contract Text

Contract language is English.

Order details and these Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via email as part of the order confirmation.

3. Conclusion of Contract

Product presentations are not binding offers.

By clicking “Pay now”, you submit a binding offer.

The contract is concluded once we send you the order confirmation or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices, Taxes, Shipping
All prices are final and include applicable VAT (EU: VAT of the customer’s delivery country via OSS).

For non-EU orders (e.g., USA, UAE, etc.), no German VAT applies. Local import taxes or duties may be charged to you by customs.

Standard shipping is free of charge.
Express shipping is available at an additional cost.


5. Payment Methods

We accept the following methods:

Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Apple Pay, etc. – depending on your country), PayPal.

You must ensure sufficient funds/authorization.

6. Delivery Countries & Times
We deliver to:

Germany: 2–4 business days,

EU countries: 3–7 business days,

Other: 5–10 business days (depending on customs).

Delays caused by carriers, customs or major force are outside our control.

7. Transfer of Risk & Title

Goods remain our property until paid in full. Risk passes to you once we hand over to the carrier.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers, EU only)

Withdrawal instructions
You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The period begins on the day you or a third party acquires the goods.

Effects
We will reimburse all payments based on our return policies within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
You bear the direct cost of return shipping.
You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.


9. Returns Outside EU

For customers outside the EU (e.g., USA, UAE,etc…), local return rights may differ. We generally grant a 14-day voluntary return right under the same conditions, but return shipping costs and customs fees are always borne by the buyer.

10. Liability

Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life/body/)health.

For simple negligence, liability is limited to essential duties (Kardinalpflichten) and foreseeable damages.

11. Vouchers, Discounts

Redeemable once within the stated period.

Non-transferable, no cash payout.

Exclusions/minimum order values may apply.

12. Online Dispute Resolution

EU platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are not obliged nor willing to participate in consumer arbitration (§ 36 VSBG).

13. Final Provisions

German law applies; for consumers outside Germany, mandatory consumer protection rules of their residence country remain.

If individual clauses are invalid, the remainder stays valid.
